Privacy policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
This policy explains what Rent Bonsai Trees collects when you use this website or book a call with us, and what we do with it. The short version: we only collect what you type into the booking form, and we use it only to talk to you about your event.
What we collect
When you book a call, you give us:
- your name
- your phone number, so we can call you
- your email address, for the confirmation and any follow-up
- anything you write about your event, such as the date, venue or trees you like
- the time you chose and your time zone
If you email or call us instead, we keep what you send us. We don't ask for payment details on this site.
What we don't collect
The site doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep short-lived server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- to call you at the time you booked
- to send or follow up on a quote
- to arrange and deliver a rental if you go ahead
- to answer your questions
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising or mailing lists.
Who else sees it
Bookings are handled by Cal.com, which stores the booking, sends the confirmation email and adds the call to our calendar, which is kept with Google. They process it for us under their own privacy policies. We share your information with anyone else only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we need them to talk about, quote and carry out your rental, and for our business records after that. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we honor them for everyone. Email rentbonsaitrees@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Children
The site is meant for adults planning events. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
